The view from my room was breathtaking! I could see the serene lake and lush mountains from my spacious deck. the service at the Chinese restaurant was impeccable, and the food was delicious.

I was disappointed when I arrived at my hotel, and the room was not ready, despite receiving a call asking for my arrival time. I had to pay a high price for a swim cap to use the pool, which should have been made clear before my arrival.

We had an unforgettable stay near the breathtaking lake and picturesque mountains. Our spacious deck offered amazing views - a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. the Chinese restaurant was outstanding, with attentive service. the pools were lovely and clean. We appreciated the manager's refreshment as we waited for our room upon arrival.

The bar was inconsistent in their service.

Boasting an epic view of the lake and mountains, this hotel embodies luxury and comfort. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities and its spacious deck offered exceptional views of the picturesque scenery. the Chinese restaurant's food was delicious and the service was attentive. the spa's wellness centre was top-notch and the infinity pool overlooked the breathtaking view.

Although I was greeted kindly, I arrived to find that my room would not be ready for at least 30 minutes after a call to confirm my arrival time. I wasn't able to enjoy the outdoor swimming pool due to the hotel's policy of requiring a swim cap, which should have been clarified before my arrival to avoid additional costs.

Our stay started on a bad note as the room was not ready upon arrival, even after receiving a confirmation call. the pool required us to wear a swim cap, which was not informed in advance, and we had to pay a hefty fee for one.
